What guests loved:
Very nicely renovated hotel in an historical building right at the center of Perugia. Nice staff and parking help (which needs to be organized, or you have a walk quite a lot and it's steep!
Areas for improvement:
Nothing much: I extended my stay!

Breakfast was very good and the main Palazzo was beautiful. Unfortunately we didn't stayed there.

We were given an up grade to a bigger room and the palazzo was not as nice as the main one it was obscure and night there were children running and playing Marco Polo at 12:00 pm we could not fall as ...

Great location in the old city. Wonderful breakfast. Fresh coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby. We were upgraded to a larger room since we stayed for 4 nights.
Areas for improvement:
Construction was ongoing outside so there was no light coming through the windows.
